The houses are situated in Juriquilla, one of the most popular areas in the city of Queretaro.

One of the main points to resolve in this project was to design a  program that could be suitable for different needs of families. The program was solved in three levels. On the first floor is located in the parking area with two entrances, the main entrance, and the service area.

The kitchen, dining room and living room are connected fiscally and visually throughout the large glass windows to the garden. In addition a versatile room with a bathroom that could be used as a studio or a fourth bedroom for families with more than 3 children or suitable for people with physical disabilities.

A  floated wood stairway takes us to the second floor where are located two bedrooms with its own bathroom, as well as the master bedroom with a generous height and dimensions that are projected with a total opening toward the front green area and the valley. In the same floor stands the tv room  that connects with stairway to the roof of the residence. This area could be used as a roof garden or for possible future extensions.
 
The facades were designed facing each other to create interconnected volumes that generate one visual language. Wood, steel, stone and terracotta colors form the core material palette for the residences.
