The project is located in the most exclusive residential area of the City Queretaro. The luxury property is situated on the hillside of a golf estate and is surrounded by artificial lakes and gardens.

It was designed for a young Canadien couple with a growing family. The design was driven by the client's needs including the use of the best in technology and giving priority to gathering areas due to the fact that the couple loves being surrounded by family and friends.

​

The residence was designed as a smart house that included systems that allow controlling lighting, music, curtains, showers, cameras, doors from tablets and smartphones as well as solar panels to reduce energy consumption, a system to purify the water and floor heating system for the winter months.

​

The project was designed in a contemporary style, combining harmoniously the use of industrial and natural materials. The scale of the walls and windows provide a lot of openings to the outside, resulting in natural lighting and a strong interaction with the natural surrounding landscape.

The program of the house was divided into three levels. In the basement were located the parking, storage rooms, machine rooms, and the service area. The second floor was composed of 2 bathrooms that serve the public areas, a  studio, music room,  bar,  guest room, and a large double-height area that contains the living room, dining room, and kitchen.

 

The importance of generating no boundaries between the inside and outside were achieved through a large glass window that could be opened completely to the terrace and the garden. In addition, a scenic spiral staircase takes us to the third floor where a glass floor bridge connects the rooms and the master bedroom.

The Co-woking offices program develops in 4 commercial premises that were merged and are located on the main road of Campanario.

The conceptual drive began with the idea of space efficiency to allow the biggest number of flexible spaces that enriches the experience and improves collaboration.
