In 2015, I completed my 5-year Bachelor of Architecture degree from the illustrious Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education, in Queretaro, Mexico. During my studies, I had the opportunity to participate in three different international workshops which took place in the USA,  Germany, and Italy. Working with students and teachers from different countries and cultures helped to improve my critical thinking and exposed me to new ideas and opportunities.

 

Following my undergraduate studies, I began my architectural career focusing on new residential developments for the architectural firm IEarquitectos, in Queretaro Mexico. The five years of work experience that I gained in this role provided a platform for me to gain valuable experience in the completion of new residential developments.

 

In 2018, I left Mexico to pursue a Diploma of Interior Design at ISCD, Sydney Australia to gain further exposure and complement my strong foundational knowledge in architecture. In 2020, I started working as a freelance Interior Designer developing multiple residential and commercial projects in Sydney and Mexico.

I am currently searching for opportunities to work on larger-scale projects at an international level as I strive to continually learn and improve through new challenges

DESIGN PHILOSOPHY

 

My design philosophy is derived from various sources of inspiration which include aspects of culture, nature, and my immediate surroundings. I believe that each design should be unique and represent the soul and needs of those who live in it. I aim to create projects that are well resolved,  pleasing to the eye, and generate an emotional reaction. My main goal is to enrich and improve people’s lives through design.
