Gentry Real Estate is a Real Estate company with more than 20 years of experience providing the best residential real estate experience in Mexico City and Queretaro. 

​

Gentry Real Estate’s owner contacted me to design his new offices located outside of one of the most exclusive residential area of the City of Queretaro. He recently started a building company that would complement the service that he provides. His motto is “ If they can’t find your dreamed home they will build it”. He wanted that the offices could represent and demonstrate an idea of the quality of the houses that they can provide to their clients.

One of the main goals of the project was to create an inspiring and productive workspace while reflecting the essence of the company.

​

The overall space presents a modern, clean and elegant space. The main materials used throughout the space were walnut, white oak, marbles, brushed gold, black matte alucobond, I beams, tinted glass, and black leather.

​

The office program involves a facade that allows the customers to see the best properties listed on the company. A small waiting area receives the customers and on the side, the open workspace is located. It is surrounded by a metal lattice that gives presence and divides visually the space.

​

​The main office is located behind the waiting area and is facing the facade to facilitate the owner the supervision of his employees and control of the customers when they arrive. 

​

To provide privacy the use of tinted glass was implemented on the main office and the meeting room that faces the natural reserve at the back of the building. The office also has file storage hidden between the main office and the meeting room. The kitchen and bathroom are located at the back of the space to have privacy and natural ventilation.
